Established in the year 2021; Sanskruti Solutions introduces itself as a vibrant "HR Solutions Company" formed with an intent to "Build Trust, Bridge Gaps & Shape Lives" of both the Job Seekers and the Employers.
Sanskruti Solutions is a creation of Mr. Vijay Tanwani, who had started this venture with a Vision to aid the Job Seekers to find the suitable jobs for their livelihoods and at the same time, he wants to offer his HR Knowledge and the Expertise to the MSME Segment Companies for the betterment of their existing HR Functions / Processes / Systems. Thus, he wants to create a Win-Win situation (Happiness Quotient) for all the concerned parties.
We pursue a holistic approach for satisfying our patron’s recruitment needs. For this, we study each and every minute detail of our patron’s job requirement, viz. job specification and job description so that the possible
re-work, if any, can be avoided at an initial stage itself. Our Mantra of working at “Sanskruti Solutions” is to offer only "Qualitative Candidates" to our patrons and that we do it by filtering candidates at our end rigorously before putting their candidature to our patrons, thus saving our patrons valuable time while closing their open recruitment mandates.
The term HR, to the many Entrepreneurs is still a Jargon. Q1: Does Sanskruti Solutions charge to Job Seeker(s) for submitting their job application and getting hired through them?
A: NO, Sanskruti Solutions does not charge a single rupee to any prospective job seeker(s).
Q2: What is the procedure for submitting the job application?
A: The prospective job seeker(s), once they see our job posts on the varied job sites, they have to apply through it by following the recruitment procedure as guided in the respective job post.
And, once we receive their formal job application, then we generally respond back within 72 hours’ time.
The shortlisted candidate(s) are further invited via an email for submitting more details for their job application and post receipt of those details, we screen their candidature either telephonically or through video round of screenings, to find their fitment for the applied role and if they are shortlisted by us then we connect their candidature directly with the hiring company for the further technical / professional screenings so that the decision for their hiring(s) can be taken accordingly.
Q3: Does Sanskruti Solutions hire for temporary jobs or permanent jobs?
A: Sanskruti Solutions hire only for the permanent job roles and all our jobs are directly on the payrolls of the hiring company. We don't work on the third party payroll jobs.
Q4: Are jobs posted by Sanskruti Solutions Real Jobs / Genuine Jobs?
A: Absolutely, YES, all our jobs are Real Jobs / Genuine Jobs as we don't post any job post for the sake of collecting any data from anyone. Our intent is always to help someone get a job, fitting to their skills-set and experience against the jobs that are available through us among our contacts.
As most of the job sites are paid job sites and they have pay per click payment modules, hence depending on the availability of the job roles and the responses that the respective job post has generated, based on its relevance and quality of applications received, manier times, we have to repeat our job posts until we get the right candidate(s) for the marketed positions.
